1. Data Controller & Data Processor Roles

• Client Inquiries: Contact information, corporate emails, and project specifications submitted via our intake channels are strictly processed for scope assessment. Zero commercial disclosure or third-party sharing.
• Bespoke Engineering (Data Processor): For web engines, mobile backends, and databases engineered on behalf of clients, the client acts as the sole "Data Controller". iCraftedWeb operates solely as the infrastructure developer and "Data Processor".

2. Infrastructure Telemetry & Access Logs

Connection timestamps, access telemetry, and network logs passing through our edge servers are retained strictly in accordance with cybersecurity regulations and are never disclosed to third parties unless mandated by law.

3. Right to Erasure & Compliance Desk
