1. Scope of Engagement & Parties

Establishes the legal parameters governing custom software engineering, proprietary UI/UX interfaces, ERP/CRM dashboards, and infrastructure management provided by iCraftedWeb Studio. Any corporate entity commissioning a scope or accepting a digital proposal agrees to these terms.

2. Source Code Ownership & Transfer of Rights

• Bespoke Deployments: Database schemas, proprietary workflows, and front-end interface assets engineered uniquely for the client transfer in full ownership upon final invoice settlement.
• Studio Core Frameworks: Base boilerplate packages, foundational CLI utilities, and proprietary automation modules remain the intellectual property of the Studio. The client receives a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license.
